Christina Champagne has 15 years of experience in staffing and related HR functions for major, global corporations.  Working closely with senior management on a collaborative basis, she has developed and initiated efficient and effective hiring processes and improved new hire orientation and other on-boarding processes. She is an executive search professional who has achieved the AIRS CIR designation.

Prior to Trimarc, she worked in London for AOL Europe on all aspects of HR, from recruiting and generalist responsibilities to systems and processes integration. This two-year assignment followed 5 years in Silicon Valley as Director of HR for Netscape/ AOL in various capacities.  She also played a key role with the integration of Netscape and AOL following the acquisition.

Ms. Champagne has conducted retained searches for such clients as Cisco, International Game Technology (IGT), Perot Systems Corp., Modern Postcard, Sierra Monolithics, Celerity and Worldspan.

On a personal note, Christina lives in Santa Cruz, CA, has a well-used passport, and enjoys spending time in New York and Nicaragua.
